Having someone come here to see how things were going and kept on top them. They were there for me. They kept on top of things. I needed their services and someone to do what I couldn't.
I liked that they were available to do anything in my home. There is nothing that they can improve on, and I liked the comfort of having someone in the house.
The services have been helpful because the aide is there for him and I feel that he is safe. I like the aide that they have provided for us. She is very helpful.
They customize the care to Maryjane specifically. Especially with her Alzheimer's, she needs a specific care plan. They are easy to work with and make arrangements for care.
They really genuinely cared about her and met every one of her needs. They were always ways there for us for 7 years.
The important thing was when I get up in the morning, I have to go through a bathroom routine, and so I think they do a good job. I would like to see some communication between caregivers and the clients.
