The staff took such great care of my mother in law. Staff was always kind and helpful.
The workers here were so unprofessional and rude. I asked if a person who was being seeing at the smaller building of good Sam and they rolled their eyes at me telling me they didn’t know and wouldn’t figure it out and that I had to just keep walking until I found out. Super unprofessional

I love visiting this community! Every time I am here, I see residents engaged in fun activities, laughing and staying active. The staff is always friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make sure the residents are well taken care of. When the weather is nice, you''ll see residents enjoying the walking trails, outdoor spaces and even fishing in the pond. If you or a loved one are searching for your next place to call home, I highly recommend the Good Samaritan Society in Loveland.

All I have to say is that my mom lives there and she told me they got a new chef. She said at first she had high hopes. But has been severely dissatisfied!! Half of the food is the same as it has always been but they are just adding fancy words to try and change it( it doesn’t ) she also complains about the vegetables. She said they have green beans once a day. And if it’s something else it’s not cooked right and they can’t even eat it.

During the end of covid (May of 2021) they wouldn''t even let a family of 4 living in the same household go back to see their dying grandmother. She had hours to live and no exception was made. It''s my family that this happened to. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE IF YOU WANT TO VISIT THEM OFTEN AND WITH YOUR WHOLE FAMILY ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE PASSING SOON!!! I''m extremly disappointed with this facility and I hope others see just how horrible this truly is. I do not reccomend this facility at all. 0/10
