It''s my understanding that my grandmother stayed here in the hospice program before she passed away. When I got the news, I reached out hoping to talk to her. That said, the nurse denied me the right to know how she was doing because I was not on the primary contacts. I was also told that she would call me back. Rather, she brushed me off which I felt was not only very rude but very unprofessional. I felt like I was denied the right to have a proper goodbye with my grandmother. They also did not have the courtesy to ask whether I wanted to be placed as primary contact. People have no common sense and empathy anymore for how they act or treat others.

Had/have family work here, had/have family stay here. There is no better facility in Central MN. They are clean, well ran, caring, and good to thier people.
