This place is was an awful experience for my mother. Their medical billing practice and communication to the family is terrible. My mother stayed past her time and her insurance wouldn’t cover the cost, Grandview decided not to tell the family until a month and half later, racking up over 26k in medical bills. They even had her sign knowing she is bi-polar. Even when she was discharged at the time of discharge she was left naked and not bathed for 2 hours in a dirty diaper. This place is a trash bin of nursing services. Be aware of my experience and look elsewhere for medical care for your loved ones! Stay away from Grandview Nursing home!

I’m genuinely thankful I made the decision to go to Grandview after my surgery. Such an amazing facility and dedicated staff- from the nurses and cnas to the rehab team to housekeeping. They just genuinely care for your well being and it is such a refreshing experience, especially during a time when you’re not feeling your best. Their physical therapy program had me back on my feet and feeling stronger than I have in years.

Fell 3 times!!!! Hospitalized each time due to their lack of staff and negligence! All they have is excuses . Not to mention the roach in the bathroom!!!
