I just wanted to say Thank you to each and every staff member who played a roll in my mother''s care. I don''t want to mention names simply because I''m sure I will forget one or two of them. But I am so thankful that her last few months of life was spent with all of you!! I never once worried about the care she received, never worried about her safety, not one concern did I have with her being in your care. I know she adored alot of you there, for that I am grateful! I would give you 100 stars if I could!! I just want everyone to know what an amazing place Greenwood Meadows is! I truly seen so much care and compassion in that building and all because of the amazing staff you have. Thank you is not enough to say to all of you. But I genuinely appreciate all of you and so did Mom.

The clean and well maintained building is deceptive. Kind of like the people called healthcare workers that don''t care about patient health. More concerned with fixing food and emptying the trash than actually helping patients in pain. If my friend dies because of your apathy or incompetence, we will see that you get sued and the people responsible are banned from healthcare or sent to prison if possible. It''s one thing to be unable to help but to refuse and have such a heartless attitude "Mel" I think was the floor nurse name, is inexcusable. Visited again this week another friend on a no salt diet got hot dog, white bun, and potato salad. Hard to believe it was no salt, heart healthy. And smelled terrible. Nice try on the canned response but I did that no one has contacted me.

My grandmother is currently in the memory care unit. I visit every weekend to see her, I try to bring her things as much as possible to keep her comfortable while she’s here. I bought her a new pillow and blanket along with clothes to wear. All of went missing within a weeks time. I brought this up to the nursing staff in the unit, only to be told it’s a “memory care unit the patients can’t remember” I know the patients have trouble remembering but the workers do not. There’s only a handful of rooms down that hallway and you’re telling me you can’t find my grandmothers things? My mother brought this up with someone in charge only to be told “well maybe you should stop bringing her things” and whoever works in the financial department of this place needs a reality check or a new job. My mother calls to talk about taking my grandmother out only to be told “good luck with that”, being rude and disrespectful Everytime. The staff give me rude looks, while I’m there to see my grandmother, I don’t need drama from the staff. Petty behavior and all around unacceptable. She’ll be getting transferred soon and I’m glad for her.

Beautiful building the best facility I have been in. The staff are always welcoming and greeting you with a smile
