The staff there are wonderful. They go above & beyond their duties. I would truly like to thank each of them for what they do for me and my family.

Unfortunately this facility, from a nurses perspective, is bad. Almost everyone in there is a PEG tube patient. All of them all clogged due to nigh shift nurses not properly flushing or changing them, like they should. The site around the peg tubes are disgusting and crusty; once again, due to night shift nurses not doing their wound care. I felt so bad for the patients. I will not be coming back. I seriously do not want to put my license in the line of fire when state comes in. This facility needs to do better. It seems like most floor nurses their have just “given up” and that’s a administration issue not a nurse issue.
