I made an appointment to tour for an assisted community for my loved one. I was greeted right away and found the staff to be very professional and welcoming. Kim showed me all around and answered all my questions. She invited me and my loved one back for lunch and so we could tour together. The food was amazing and the staff was so professional. They have all kinds of activities and I know my loved one will be safe here and it will be the best environment for her. The rooms are huge and the entire facility is very clean. We are moving my sister in this weekend and I know that this is the right community for her. It will be perfect for her needs
Read moreMy Mother has been a resident at The Harmony since October. Kind, compassionate, professional folks giving quality of life to the residents. Such a blessing for our family! Neat, clean building with many activities to keep residents involved.

I had an invitation for an interview. I showed up on time signed in followed all instructions given in email. Concerige was very friendly and helpful. However sat in lobby for over an hour before acknowledgement again. Front desk reached out to HR team, someone came an got my name only to never return. Sad part I left my full time job to come here for an interview for an part time position. I truly see whyy they have no staff becausei am sure many others have walked out just as I after wasting time and and gas. Please do better beautiful place and residents deserve better

Harmony at Brookberry Farm seemed very institutional. The person who was the representative didn't seem to know a lot of the answers that I wanted. It was more about trying to sell me a product than it was actually to find out if it was a good fit for my mother. Inside the memory care facility, there were very few people out of their rooms. There weren't a lot of staff. There wasn't any happiness there. It felt very depressing when I walked in. The apartments were better. They had the whole bathroom with the bathtubs. It was better, and there were bigger rooms. They had multiple dining areas. They had one specific for memory care, and then they had another one where there was a general population in there. The memory care dining is right next to the other dining area, and my mom is still kind of aware, so that was a turn-off for me because it made it where she would seem like she was being separated.

Terrible place to work. Gorgeous building but that''s about it. Disrespectful coworkers and upper management. Turnover rate is ridiculously high. It''s a shame because so many educational backgrounds and decades of experience have been forced away due to lack of training, support, and basic professionalism. I feel bad for the residents. Workers who quit get to come back when they feel like it and they will promote anyone who has been there more than half a year with no regard to experience or anything. For a place that''s supposed to care for seniors as they age in place, they sure have a lot of issues keeping a core staff. I don''t think this place understands that there needs to be structure in the residents home. It''s where they live.
