Don''t really see to the needs of their clients and it always has a horrific smell of urine in the whole third floor where my sister is. I''m really searching for somewhere else who cares, cause this place is desensitized when it comes to the residents!

Where do I even begin on how GARBAGE this place is. Let''s start with the small stuff. First off the food doesn''t look like it should even be fed to prison inmates. They only give a small drink with meals and nothing else throughout the day. Can''t even do something as simple as give water throughout the day to keep them hydrated. They almost never have clean sheets to provide the patient. So they don''t get a clean bed very often. If they take their clothes to be washed they may never get them back. When the nurses are called to help the patient it takes them an hour or more to get to the patient. Now let''s get to the worst parts. I''m not sure how this place can call themselves a rehab because my father did nothing but REGRESS while he was there. These people are so lazy that instead of just doing their job to help him get to the bathroom they would literally tell him to go to the bathroom in his pants and just clean him later. So it''s no wonder he made zero progress being able to get out of bed to make it to the bathroom on his own. Then because a nurse just I guess didn''t feel like dealing with him had him sent home when he should have never been sent home. "Requires minimum assistance, signed by RUBY MOONEY, LPN" Ruby, you are an absolutely disgusting terrible human being for this because you knew requires minimal assistance was a complete lie and you just wanted him out if you really thought this was OK to sign off on. You just really didn''t care. I really hope nobody ever treats a family member of yours this way. This place should be called highland place to barely keep people alive. You don''t send family here unless you just don''t care about them and want to get rid of them. It''s really sad my dad was optimistic this place was going to help him get back on his feet literally. And all they did was provide the bare minimum. This place shouldn''t even be open.

I waited for someone to let me know if the nurse went to her room but no one came back to the phone so I called back and spoke with a nurse named Rachel who was very rude and nasty she said she knows how to use her phone the nurses has others patient to check on I asked her for a supervisor she said that she was the supervisor so I told her that I would call back and speak with someone else On top of being a negative example of a nurse she was poorly unprofessional and an a negative example of the medical field

Got here Monday the first thing this woman ask me after introduction was what hospital I want to use. Then she ask what funeral home I want to use. I said I didn''t know flabbergasted. Its Friday and Covid has me stuck in the room for 14 days. I am stuck here because this the only place that accepts my insurance. The food is ehh, better than Oshners. The staff is ok there is really a hard working CNA named Sharon. Outside of their inproccessing speech which should be altered or given a common since approach and their food. Once I have gotten to Know the staff they are all wonderful like Shannon they care even though over worked and understaffed I have grown to like all of them I have connected with. The therapy staff seems very responsive to my needs. I am rehabbing from a motor cycle accident and would rather be home. With that said I guess there are worse places. I have changed the rating 3 times now. The staff is top notch the corporation sucks.

If I could give this Nursing Home zero stars I would. They are absolutely horrible. If you want your loved ones to live please do not send them here. My father died of malnutrition in this facility and on top of that they are difficult to communicate with. The social workers are the worst I have ever come in contact with in my life. They were very unprofessional and did not have my father’s best interest at heart. WORST NURSING HOME ON EARTH!!!
