Reaching love ones is difficult. Called home - every button I pushed, got a recording to push more bottoms. finally left a message with a phone # - no call back after 24 hours. My sister-in-law is very sick and most likely will pass in the next few weeks. Since she is Catholic, and we are in Pennsylvania and she is in Texas, we wanted a priest to come in and giver her last rites. this is extremely important to us, and what do we get?? Nothing, no phone call, or whatever.. Is this the way to make love ones that are far away feel that she is getting GREAT care??? If I could give a zero, I would. Someone should be covering the phones, and giving the messages to the director, if nothing else. Ann McHenry
