Don''t take your beloved ones there. Staff is insulting, trash talking delinquent absent minded rude people. It''s comparable to a heap of stinking garbage.

My wife of 41 years was taken from me for her own safety said the administrator. She had dementia and a severe head injury and often confused, but they took her to Austin where she fell and broke her hip. I guess that was her safety. I have advanced cancer and wanted to share my last days with her, but the state felt otherwise. Make no mistake, we live in a police state.

Employees make a difference to a stay, and the therapy staff I have worked with, is excellent. Whenever Tambra, my nurse, walked in Monday morning,, it was like a breath of fresh air. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable while I was here. One person can make a difference. When you get hurt and you are in pain, sometimes you are not the most agreeable, but you have a voice and you need to be heard.
Read moreExcellent, top notch ! I could not have had a better experience. They helped me so much. I am much stronger than before coming to Hilltop Village. I highly recommend them for therapy and patient care.
Horrible place. Administrator only cares about the money. You never see him on the floor helping, always locked away in his office. ADON lives in a halfway house due to past drugs problems. Would not recommend. Dangerous staffing levels. It''s a wonder State hasn''t shut it down.
