I an so appreciative of the care my Mom, Janice Grossman had while there. They were not only amazing to her but very supportive to me! The nurses were so caring and helpful. they always made sure i was aware of the condition of my Mom. Lucy was my Mom''s favorite and always took good care of her....

Christina and Amanda were so kind to my Mom but also very supportive to me. Even though the year my Mom spent there was difficult, I always felt welcome by all! A wonderful facility! thank you for everything you do!

I am sorry I ever had my wife sent to this facility. It has been bad ever since she got there 3 weeks ago, but tonight was the last straw. It is now 7:00pm and my wife still has not received her dinner. The aid talked to her about 6:00pm. At that time, the aid told her they didn''t have any salads, they didn''t have anything my wife asked for. She finally conceded they did have cottage cheese and said she would get her a dish of cottage cheese. An hour later my wife is still waiting. My wife said the Holden Rehab was hell and she wanted to get out as soon as possible. She further complained that when she had to go to the bathroom, often it would take them over 2 hours to answer her ring. In my wife''s condition they wanted her to have help to go to the bathroom, but my wife would always do what she had to to go the bathroom as she couldn''t wait. I just tried to call and talk to the person in charge, but the person answering the phone just kept sending me to phones that either asked me to leave a message or I received a message telling me the call was being ended. I would never recommend Holden Rehab to anyone.

Terribly short staffed, constantly employees are harassed to work OT, on top of 50 hour weeks. When on call, notified constantly due to rampant sick calls. Staff are so burnt out causing constant turn over. Yet the administrator, DON and ADON stroll in around 9 am and are out the door by 4:30. Don''t expect them to EVER help no matter how short staffed, or how unsafe staffing is for resident care. Looks good when you first walk in, more concerned with aesthetics and appearances than proper staffing for resident care. Can''t put "lipstick on a pig".

Nice skate spot
Very good orientation, it seems a nice place to work but it’s only a mirage. My first day of work, the nurse was rude, mean. The scheduler doesn’t care at all, rude, but she will report to the DON “ you don’t want to work “. So don’t even bother.
