He gave us all the information we would need for their services and went out of his way to help us schedule helpers in a very short time period. The caregivers that came to help were wonderful! Kind, on time, very patient and willing to help our Mom and anything we needed for her. Please if you need help with for your family members, make sure you call Home Instead and speak with Nathan.

Our need for Caregiving was necessary do to household member falling and sustaining injury to Pelvic and Right arm. Not having past experience with locating Care Giver Services, one is always concerned about the Quality of Service. Let me say, we selected Home Instead after conversation with Administrator Nathan who personally visited our home and explained in detail the process. The service started as scheduled on time as promised with great personnel. The Caregiving Staff were very helpful and mindful of the patients needs which included bathing, house keeping, meal prep, shopping, cleaning, laundry, etc. Thanks for making patients recovery safe and comforting.

Home Instead has been a godsend to our family. Since March, 2021, Home Instead has been providing daily care for my mother who has Alzheimer's and my stepfather, who is 89 and needs support in caring for my mom. Nathan is very assessible and responsive whenever needs come up. He even provided last minute coverage when I had to take my stepdad to the hospital. The workers are kindhearted, patient and very attentive to my mother's needs. Alzheimer's makes my mother unpredictable but they handle her with dignity and compassion. I have complete confidence in them and know that my parents are safe and well cared for. This is especially comforting since I live out of state. The caregivers also keep a journal of daily activities, which is very helpful. The only recommendation I have is that somehow they can enter the notes online. I live out of state and can't read the journal until I come to visit. However, this is minor. The most important thing is that my parents are getting quality care. I wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead. The management and caregivers are wonderful!
