The owner met with us, listened to our needs, and arranged for 24/7 care to begin the same day. Over the course of a week, we had three exceptional caregivers that became like family. They immediately bonded with the patient and the family, were highly attentive to the patient's needs, provided us with suggestions for keeping the patient's spirits up, and even assisted with some chores. They treated mom with kindness, tenderness, and respect, and I am truly grateful for the care she received in her final days.

Home instead not only assists me in caring for my parents, but were also a huge guide and wealth of information when i was first starting out. There is alot to learn and know, and they gave me such great advise and guidance, which is invaluable when you feel so overwhelmed with everything else. My parents caregiver has become like family, and we truly love her. I am so at peace when she is there. The management and scheduling people are equally as gracious , patient and kind, I cant say enough. I highly recommend.

We have been using Home Instead - Houston Southwest for sixth months. My husband has mobility issues and needs someone with him at all times. I work outside the home and am unable to be with him during the workday. The team at the agency is so helpful. They walked us through the process prior to providing service. We have long term health coverage, and their team is wonderful in handling the regular submissions to the agency for our reimbursement. The office team is very responsive to our needs. At the beginning, we had a lot of schedule change requests. They handled them all with ease. The caregivers are great. They take care of everything for us during the day while I am away. They are friendly, caring and respectful. I would highly recommend Home Instead - Houston Southwest to anyone in need of home care.
