MOST OF The 5-star reviews are fake they are staff and family member reviews. This facility is EXTREMELY understaffed (days and evenings) and incompetent to take care of anyone. My husband was here and not given any medication for almost 10 days. The house doctor who came to see my husband, discovered he had no medication and told me THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE. The house manager Karen blamed the doctor then blamed the insurance company. They take no accountability for their mistakes. THEY LIE AND DENY I receive a call from house manager Karen at 8:30 pm on a Monday night to tell me my husband has no food...IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBLITY to make sure my husband does not run out of food. Again, the incompetence of this place. I''ve witnessed a staff member working alone for more than 6 hours cooking, cleaning and supervising 8 residents at a time with no help because staff calls in or doesn''t show up. I also saw a resident fall the one-person supervising was behind the front desk talking on her phone. Never checked to see if the resident was ok resident was screamed at and told to SIT DOWN. Another bed ridden resident was yelling for water I brought it to the house managers attention she gave me attitude and told me not to pay attention it wasn''t until 30 minutes later that the bed ridden resident received the water. THEY DON''T CARE This is just the tip of the iceberg I saw when visiting my husband every day. I moved my husband out as soon as I could and is in a much better place with adequate professional care. Rachel the co-owner turns a blind eye and is never at the facility to see the chaos that goes on at this place because she has the House manager Karen to do all her dirty work. Don''t believe the dog and pony show when you tour the facility This place is horrible bottom line, they don''t deserve a 0 rating THEY HAVE ISSUES WITH STAFF, ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND HIRE INCOMPETENT PERSONNEL - This place is all about filling bed space and lining their pockets Don''t bring your loved ones here.

My dad is at Cura at Homebridge and it's been a very good experience. The people are excellent, and the staff is very nice. They're good communicators. They are very understanding, very helpful, and very accommodating. It's a home, rather than a hotel. They keep it very clean and neat. There's a lot of wide open spaces for them to maneuver with wheelchairs and stuff like that. They had activities, too. Some people were coloring. It's a small community and they serve very good home cooked meals. The rooms are very spacious.

This facility is EXTREMELY understaffed (days and evenings) My husband was here and not given any medication for almost 10 days. The house doctor who came to see my husband, discovered he had no medication to take and told me THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE. They have serious staffing issues where staff calls in or doesn't show up. The neglect then falls on the residents who don't get the proper care and attention they deserve. I was impressed by the cleanliness, and just the overall feel of Cura at Homebridge. It's very clean and nice. Everyone I've met there has been very helpful. They're all very nice, helpful, kind to my son, and taking good care of him. The residents watch TV and sit out there, color and play games. They give him three meals a day and snacks, so I don't think he's going hungry. He seems fine. It's very expensive, but I guess all of the homes are.
