My dad is miserable here. They constantly forget things like his sleeping meds and pain meds. Every time I talk to my dad he is miserable and complains of lack of sleep. Additionally, the head nurse, named Cookie, is incredibly rude and unprofessional, any time I asked her a question about my dad''s care she would audibly sigh and go "oh my god" in an exasperated tone, like it''s too much of a burden to her to answer straightforward questions about my dad''s care. She has no business in healthcare if that''s her demeanor. It seems many of the people employed here were hired out of desperation and not based on qualification. The level of collective incompetence at this place is astounding. Additionally, my dad has been there for MONTHS, I keep asking them to arrange an eye doctor visit because he needs glasses. They keep promising they will handle it, but months have gone by with no resolution. Everyone here should be ashamed and embarrassed. This place is garbage. If you send your loved one here they will be miserable.
