So I’m currently in the ER. With my 4 month old daughter. I brought her here due to her coughing and sneezing for about 3-4 days . So we’ve been here for 3 hours waiting on chest X-rays COVID test and for the doctors discharge. No ones been in here to check on us nothing. Not to mention they have to send the COVID test to another location because they’re don’t have a person here to check the COVID test smh I would’ve went to a covid test stop area and found out the results in 15 minutes. However, we’re still waiting hopefully someone checks on us soon or gives us results as this is horrible service. I hear the doctors talking outside of my room and conversations about his wife picking him up and her car breaking down and a million other things that don’t have anything to do with the hospital or our visit even heard him on the phone stating if he had to call for every patient that would be a problem and that he didn’t know that he had to call almost annoyed he had to make a call for a patient. This will be the last time I ever bring my daughter here tbh

This hospital is awful! I have been here twice and both times in EMERGENCIES and I was unjustly treated. The first time I almost died from too much Benadryl beng given to me with NO IV bag. With a CONCUSSION diagnosis. No fluids. My body began to reject the medication. And I almost felt my spirit leave my body. The second time was this past Thursday night when the Chemical Spill poisoned our town of West Deptford. The doctors did NOT acknowledge that I was showing signs of chemical inhalation and irritation, even though I told them that I had nausea, vomiting, dizziness, all over body tremors, headache, confusion, and moments of lost consciousness. They treated me as if I was crazy and just diagnosed me with a “migraine.” As a future Doctor they gave POOR bedside manner and even poorer health consultation. Even my friend who brought me to the ER displayed signs of illness from the chemical. They dismissed us both. The worse thing is that they are inherently racist. They give Black women like me overly strong doses of improper medications after waiting too long to give it. They treated me like less than a human. I was never even offered water or blankets. This place is the reason why hospitals are just as lethal to Black Women as police are to Black men! I will NEVER be returning to this hospital they have only made my injuries more traumatic. I will be telling every person I know to NEVERR GO HERE! I told them I was in fear to return home due to the chemical being trapped in my homes AC system and they gave me NO HELP!

I waited maybe ten mins to go back. Jessica the RN in the ER was the best nurse I have ever had. Dr. Sidwa was informative and thorough. They did all they could to get me on the road to recovery. I dont think anyone has really had a pleasant experience in ERs but they made me comfortable but the start. Thank you Jessica for being an amazing nurse and having such compassion for patients.

As I’m sitting in the emergency with my girlfriend currently I’m leaving this review. It’s been at least 2 hours since we’ve been here in total, we have not seen the doctor yet, only 2 different nurses. No one has done a Covid test. No one has check on her in at least an hour to see about…...

As I’m sitting in the emergency with my girlfriend currently I’m leaving this review. It’s been at least 2 hours since we’ve been here in total, we have not seen the doctor yet, only 2 different nurses. No one has done a Covid test. No one has check on her in at least an hour to see about…anything at all. She’s having issues breathing, and we’ve been sitting for a minimum of 2 hours in this room without anyone so much as looking in the direction of the room (we’re right across the hall from the desks and computers. Absolutely terrible EDIT After about 3 and a half hours, we finally got seen by someone and were able to leave. Down side to this; the doctor came in, did the whole deep breath test thing, and that was it, wrote some scripts and sent us on our way. Here we are 3 days later and she’s going back to the hospital, none of the meds she was given have helped in any type of way, and she’s getting x-rays and actual tests done this time
