DO NOT put your family in this facility! My parent was the victim of abuse by one of the aides. The facility is very understaffed. I filed a complaint with NY State Department of Health.
Working with Kim and the rest of the nursing team has been nothing but smooth! I wish to work with this team again in the future. Thank you for everything!

My husband entered Iroquois November 12, 2021. He died in there on November 21, 2021. I would not recommend that place to anyone. The aids took long long time to come when he rang the bell. I complained to the social worker and also the head nurse and they did nothing. He fell out of bed, one night after ringing the bell, because he had to go to the bathroom and he pooped his pants. His roommate rang the bell, and the aid came in. And said I didn’t sign up for this and my husband said I didn’t sign up for cancer. Do you want to trade? The phone in his room really didn’t work and they didn’t do anything about it after he died I wrote a letter about everything that happened to the administrator and have heard nothing back from them. Please don’t send anyone that you care about to that place

My dad received the best care by the nurses and CNAs at Iroquois. He was on the dementia floor for almost two years. He received all the attention and care he needed from all shifts. The staff are great communicators and we felt safe with him there.

Some of the staff shouldn’t be working here. Just a bunch of miserable, low-lifes. Jaylesa, one of the cnas from the 3rd floor in particular was extremely rude to resident’s families. She rolled her eyes, spoke with hostility, and even displayed her disdain in front of her supervisor. The supervisor did nothing to interfere, as if the behavior is normalized. Get your loved ones far away from this ghetto, trash of a facility. I will be reporting them to management.
