The staff is very attentive and I find the activities to be more energetic than most facilities I''ve seen
I would give this place a -200 if I could. Do not work here this place is filthy and you will not get paid. They have messed up on everyones check since my signficant other has been there. Some people work their whole two weeks and do not get a pay check. They have a former cna as the payroll person...
I would give this place a -200 if I could. Do not work here this place is filthy and you will not get paid. They have messed up on everyones check since my signficant other has been there. Some people work their whole two weeks and do not get a pay check. They have a former cna as the payroll person now. She was never trained. The last lady in payrole was a social worker that did not know what she was doing either. There is no authority there at all. No leadership. Workers come to work when they want to and when they do not come to work nothing happens to them. Their motto is come when you want to work and leave when you want to. Nothing will happen to you. So many temporary aides in the place that have never been trained or went thru the cna program. If you send your loved ones here they will be treated badly. The lady that takes care of the wounds does not do her job. She sits in c hall office eating and playing on her phone. The few good nurses and CNA''s are over worked and under paid. Many infections there. Housekeeping is a joke. They never clean the rooms or beds after someone leaves. Nothing works there. Some rooms have no air or heat. The state inspectors must have wore blinders when they inspected this place. It needs to be closed down or a total new leadership. Watch out for the rats and spiders in the building.

They are so lazy at this nursing home. My brother has been there since September, 2021 and we''ve only been able to speak with him twice. They claim the building he''s in is too far to go get him to speak to. They answers the phone put you on hold and never pick up again. I call back and ask for someone that''s in charge but no one is ever available. Can''t leave a message because the mail box stays full. How are you suppose to check on your love one? They want a paycheck but don''t want to work for it. Now I''m trying to have him transferred back to my home town but can''t get anyone on the line to help me. I really would hate to just show up to see what''s going on. I know the patients are being neglected because they can even take the time out to get patients to the phone because he''s too far away from the phone.

Have been calling them since 930am. No one answered until almost 330pm. Nice person but she laughingly informed me that she didn’t know how to use the facility’s phone system and therefore could not transfer me to correct extension. Waited until 5pm and tried again. Got same person; same results...

Nice person but she laughingly informed me that she didn’t know how to use the facility’s phone system and therefore could not transfer me to correct extension. Waited until 5pm and tried again. Got same person; same results. This is not first incident where person answering phone could not operate the system. I’ve been disconnected and left on hold for as much as ten minutes. Michael Kyle, the admission director, warned me that it was difficult to reach the facility because employees didn’t understand the phone system. I don’t “understand” why a nursing care facility staff can’t be trained to use a necessary communication system. If the system is inadequate, replace it; if it’s the employee, train them or replace them. It’s frustrating when you can’t even get Julia Hook, the Administrator’s voice mail box or the general voice mail to leave a message.

The wounds do not get taken care of properly...IF YOU TRULY LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FILTH PLACE 🤮
