Do not work for this company they are poorly managed there was a lot of gossiping going on, everybody''s in everybody else''s business They have bad reputation for being a hostile work environment. they show favoritism towards employees who harass others and nothing is done about it. that''s probably why they changed their name it used to be the Jewish home of eastern Pennsylvania now they go under Elan Skilled nursing and rehab maybe if they had people who actually did their jobs they wouldn''t have a problem now would they? Avoid at all cost!!

I would not recommend anyone working at this incompetent facility apparently they terminate employees under false pretense they seem to believe the residents who have Alzheimer''s and dementia over the employees. They only care about the money if I can give this place zero Stars I would, there''s a lot of favoritism that goes on around there and it''s a hostile work environment! Beware before applying here they have a bad reputation they used to go under the Jewish home of eastern Pennsylvania I''m not surprised they changed their name.
