I visit my relative here from time to time or whenever I can, however, there is always a problem with the security guards. Absolutely no smiles and poor attitude and always treating me like I’m incompetent. I absolutely can’t stand visiting my aunt anymore because of this and I am saddened by the fact that they are what’s preventing me from visiting her. (I am using my niece’s account for my own protection and personal security).

Many times nurses are locked in their glass office glued to their computers while residents are lefty unattended. I always feel like I''m on duty as I have to make sure the residents present don''t fall off their wheelchairs and taken to the bathroom. I have also previously reviews that were deleted from the website. We''re working on having my uncle removed as soon as possible
