They are so short staff, that patients do not get the quality of care unless they have family members to come in and check on them.

Good morning, I just wanted to express how horrific my experience with this establishment has been. First my father called daily complaining of being in pain and how he was treated by staff. Now that he passed away DECEMBER 22ND OF 2021, I was told in JANUARY his belonging would be mailed to me and I would reimburse the payment. Then I heard nothing for 2 months so I called to find out what’s happening and one of your employees said no one (IN TWO MONTHS) has had time to mail it?! Your island is 4miles by 6miles and in 60 days no one could bring it to the post office????? And then was told if I call fed ex they will pick it up . Fed ex needed the information of the box and said YOU should be calling to set it up! And when I spoke to DONNA about this she said she called ups and now I have to call ups and she couldn’t help me and had no explanation as to what the issue has been for three months but still felt it professional enough to ask me about my fathers finances ! She’s the most disrespectful rude and obnoxious person I ever have spoke to at this facility and overall this was the worst service ever. And you will see this exact email on every website showing how you all do business.

I visited this place to get an idea of what to look for in a home because we are coming from key west and the homes up here are completely different. Didn’t like it, the food looked bad. However, nice staff!
