I always wondered why our family member smelled like urine until one Friday after she was bathed I wrote the date on her diaper and when we came to visit on Monday she was wearing the same diaper. My question was answered. People do surprise visits. ——————————————————————— Since I cannot respond to you I’ll add it to my review. I’m noticing that your response are just standard acting like you care and just to throw it out there in the 7 years our family member was there we lost count how many people sat in your chair. Nothing will be done and this place should just get closed down. Can’t wait to see one of your family members get treated like Keystone treats residents. All of you in the business office are LIARS!
