The only reason why I’m giving this place five stars is because Valerie was able to get me real food when the kitchen came out with their less than edible slop. I was a patient in their skilled facility and am using a different name to protect my privacy. Overall this facility is a wonderful facility with amazing staff. Valerie was a very attentive and kind nurse. Her hooking my iv was fast, which I appreciated. The other nurses took 20 minutes to hook me up. She was in and out in minutes and she always unhooked me immediately. She was able to tell me exactly what I was taking and never once did she seem unavailable to me. She was also the only nurse that came in and listened to my heart and assess me every time she was there. She always asked me how I was feeling and if I slept well. I seriously thank her for helping me in my recovery because I was slightly depressed at first. The cnas were also very helpful and attentive. I believe the most I saw CNA wise was Jennifer and Kayla. I will definitely tell everyone I know to come here but to have family bring them real food. I wouldn’t even feed what I got served to a family member I disliked.

Re: patient Ray Williamson (my father) he absolutely is so impressed by Foothills rehab facility that he asked me to review for him. We as his family are grateful to this facility as he was in agony for well over a year and Blount Memorial doctors as well as Fort Sanders doctors could NOT diagnose him but when he arrived at your facility he was easily diagnosed and RELIEVED of the devastating pain that had kept him bedridden and in pain constantly. My father (this family) THANKS YOU for helping our dad when no one else could OR DID. Highly recommend your facility
