Edited to Add: Saying things like "We wish you good luck in your job search and hope you find a better fit" makes you look like bullies. Just FYI. Which is exactly what I wanted you to say considering I''ve seen what some of your CNA''s do. I''ve literally picked up patients from the first and third floors who were covered in feces because y''all didn''t clean them. Lets not get passive aggressive, you know exactly what you do wrong.

My dad has dementia and I dont think it was fair to make me think it was a better fit when really there was no reason to move him. A friend went to visit him and said he was alone at the table plus all his puzzle books disappeared. I will be looking for another place for him. I depend on that place to help when we cant...what a mistake also one time my dad went to the hospital and my mom was at a nursing facility for a broken ankle and I asked them to call me because my mom wasnt able...well he went to the hospital the only reason I found out was because a social worker called me from the hospital. The nurse tried to say she left a message on my moms machine and I wasnt on the list wich I was. My dad went with shortness of breathe and had he passed away he wouldve been alone. I was furious. I am definitely looking for another place.

this is the (((WORST))) nursing home in fall river!!!!!!!!!!!! THE WORST 👎 horrible staff, vy rude... my dad was sent to this sh?t hole from charlton hospital for therapy for a short 2 week stay. took him out less then 24hrs. this place is discussing big time* when charlton dropped my dad off to this hell on earth nursing home. he was left in a room all day, no nurse answered his calls. he didn''t get a meal til after 10pm at night. sad how these "so called" nurses get top dollars to do sh?t for our elderly folks. MY RATING 👎👎👎
