Edit: The nursing staff and doctors discharged my S/O to go home with a SEVERE infection in his urinary tract and a MASSIVE wound on his bottom that was not there upon his arrival TO the facility. he was only there for a week. He had to be transported by ambulance to the ER 24 hours after discharge due to THIS FACILITY. If we wouldn’t have gotten him out sooner, he very well could have ended up dead

Read moreVery out of control, I was outside with my brother in the smoking area and the residents where out smoking pot and drinking achoal a staff member came out and just landed about it. Also the call lights stay on sometimes for an hour while the staff sits and jokes with each other

My grandfather recently transferred to Wildwood from a different “5 star” rating facility on the Eastside because I was not happy with the care that was given there. Now I’m a so relieved that he is a Wildwood now! Since he has transferred to Wildwood, his mobility and attitude has gotten so much better! I am now confident he will be back home once he completes his therapy.
