I had to find an in-patient Rehab to help my mother regain her strength after 2 Strokes, & extremely HUGE fall risk.. This was made abundantly clear to this facility…She’s only been there 4 days, & while the physical therapy ppl treat her like they care about her recovery, the same cannot be said for the rest of the staff… Because she’s such a fall risk, she’s suppose to push the call button when she needs help getting to the bathroom…So far, she’s had to get up & take herself by hanging onto the walls to steady herself & get there !! This is absolutely unacceptable !! She’s going to fall & break something bc of the lack of care !! I spoke with the nurses on staff & told them this, & all I get back is they’re “under staffed”..Not to sound harsh, but that’s not my problem !! My problem is the protection of my mother !! I’m extremely disappointed in this place !! If your loved one has the same symptoms my mother has, DO NOT put them here !!

My mother was sent here after hip surgery, it was absolutely horrible. None of the nurses could keep track of her pain meds, eye drops done on time or her bowel movements. They were giving her way too much pain meds that overtime caused ulcers. They never checked her vitals till I finally said my mom didn''t seem right. Her hemoglobin had gone down and she had an urinary tract infection. She was sent to a hospital for blood transfusion. Also bed sores from no one getting her up or changing her position. Nurses responded slow or not at all to call button. Her room was hardly cleaned and sometimes smelled of urine. I was disappointed in everyone, people kept telling me this was a great place, well not anymore.
