I had my mom here she got a bed sore that remained taken care of they did not turn her enough then had her in a wheelchair with no padding on it. Place was dirty. Food was not good. My mom wasn''t happy here at all. I only sent her here because she had a fall & needed physical therapy & honestly they didn''t do enough. They lost some of her clothes. Staff seemed to not care even when I pointed out these issues. The food was horrific! Canned and frozen food. Nothing chef inspired or cooked. They served meals on styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery. The facility really needs a really good cleaning, and I would have loved to have seen more interaction between staff and residents. My father only stayed for 5 days before I took him out. I did speck with executive director after we left, and he assured me things would improve. It breaks my heart for those that remain and those arriving in the future if things don’t change drastically.

(May look good when you walk in but if you look closely you will see). 3. The food the people eat (not the assisted living part) is always cold and leftover. DON’T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!! This place needs to have the health department swing by and shut that side down.

Please take a look at their Skilled nursing unit before you decided to put your love one in any of their levels. It will tell you what you need to know. Patients sleeping in wheelchairs in the hallways propped up against the walls with no interaction. Alarms going off and no one responding. The overwhelming smell of urine and infection. Staff ignores the residents. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Read moreThey seem very responsive, my loved one is very content there. She says the food is good, they give her medications on time. They have lots of activities around for residents to participate in. Even get to take trips to certain places or to go get ice cream.
