Great Medical staff and no long wait time. Very professional staff, friendly and helpful.
Pt has been wonderful.. medications documented that where given and never where. I was in the building visiting when medication was supposedly given but it was not. Cna staff needs more help. Patients wait 2 plus hours to go to bathroom. Mother didnt have a shower for 3 days, I had to ask for it. ...

Patients wait 2 plus hours to go to bathroom. Mother didnt have a shower for 3 days, I had to ask for it. Some of the nurse staff seems to really care but some just boss the patients around and know they are in charge and isnt anything the patient can do about it. It is a shame cause some of these pts are not use to having there independence taken away.. been very disappointing. Making other arrangements more than like. I hate to because the pt and ot have been so great.. but i can have my mom being tortured which is what u feel like is happening.. I would like to say after review.. some of the staff would give very hateful looks and some wouldnt even speak anymore.. sad.. but administration tried to correct some of the issues.. they really made an effort. Mom hasnt called me as much saying she is in pain.. so thats a plus.. and i am very pleased that they seemed to care that she had a good experience. I hope they get their staffing needs,cause it could be five stars again... we will have go wait and see
