I would not even give this place one star. My dying grandfather was treated horrible. On his last days his nurse, Katrina, wouldn’t even give him his pain medicine for almost 12 hours. Katrina also treated his family members terrible when we would call and check on him. Her exact words were “I do not have time to check on him” within a two hour period. She even hung up on us. Please look somewhere else to put your loved ones. There is no reason to be treated this way. I also have called the office multiple times asking to speak to Misty to try and figure out why he was treated this way and she will not return my calls. I do not normally turn to the internet for issues like this, but I really hope that this helps another family before making the mistake we did. We should have never even considered this place after seeing the other reviews.

I am the granddaughter of Richard and Martha Hall. My grandfather has been working since my grandmothers death in October on a $2400 reimbursement and it seems like he’s getting the run around a little bit. He’s 82, tired, and grieving, I frankly don’t appreciate him being taking advantage of and am disappointed that I’m having to step in and take such drastic measures to retrieve what he is owed. If we continue to not have phone calls returned, continue to not have precise explanations for the lack of communication or action, or not receive a specific timeline/ plan of action for retrieving he reimbursement, will have no choice but to get our lawyer involved. I regret having to contact your establishment via Facebook and by leaving reviews, but at this point, I’ll use whatever contact information I can find, and use it repeatedly, until this matter is taken care of. I appreciate your swift response!
Read moreMy aunt is laying there not pulled up in bed, fluid in her lungs and trying to eat! It’s ridiculous to not position a person in a way that they don’t choke to death. I was a CNA for almost twenty years and I never went for a break while a resident layed there and suffered. Makes me sick 😡

The services supposedly provided are false. I am having to provide diapers now because I''ve been told that the nursing home no longer provides them. We write monthly checks and Medicare pays also. I change her sheets, give her her baths and clean her room. I was out of town a couple of days and she had not had a bath since the last one I had given her which was ten days before. I feel this is unacceptable . The evening nurses are so nice but work on a skeletal crew. My grandma is blind and cant hear well. My hands are tied and I''m not sure what to do. May have to look elsewhere. I''ve been told the nursing home has been purchased by an individual. So there are cut backs. I''m so concerned.
