The only reason it got a star is because the physical therapy people and one male nurse(on night shift) were awesome to my brother in law. The first night there, my sister had to get everyone in charge to even get his medicine bought to him because they didn''t read his chart and orders all the way thru. Now for the rest of the staff, office, administration, nurses, the staff doctor and food service, If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have never, ever, seen so many rude uncaring people working in one building in all my life. My sister is not able to walk far because her back was broken a few years back and they refused to have someone take her to her husband''s room. They said they didn''t offer that service so everyday she had to walk a little, sit down in the wheelchair for a few minutes then walk some more until she got there with staff walking by asking if she was ok then continued on their way. They have an employee of the month parking spot and the whole time we were going there(every day), no one parked there. Does that tell you anything. If they treat the people in rehab that way I can only imagine how the long term residents are treated. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I would like to share a bad experience with this place.Lake Taylor needs someone with a high degree in education to teach everyone who works there to treat patients and visitors politely. I was personally able to go through a rude experience. They never know how to say a good morning, or a smile. Patients do not have a treatment of affection or attention. We all have problems in life, and the patients of this place deserve respect, as do the visitors. The aids are very unpleasant and unprofessional. They are very rude. I''ve always watched how Barbara Criveau Aid takes care of all patients, she''s polite, caring, AND always treat them like they deserved. I think all AIDS should follow her example.

This place almost killed my mother multiple times and then they also threw her cell phone into the washing machine and tried not to pay for it. I’ve heard other family friends that stayed here had similar near death experiences. If your loved one has to stay here, come at night and see how this place is really managed. Good luck getting a doctor too… they only have PAs here and they never return your calls. The nurses are nice but not well trained. They can give meds but that’s it really. PT is good but very short sessions because they are understaffed. This place should be audited. Don’t let the high ceilings fool you.

I just recently got hired at LTTCH as a CNA, and this facility is one of the best facilities I''ve ever worked for. The management is very professional and cares about the staff. They offer bonuses when picking up shifts. The staff on the floor always helps out with other staff. They make sure you feel comfortable about your assignments before getting off of orientation. The units are neat and clean, and fully stocked. There is always a computer at a desk or on wheels available to chart on. The floors in the facility are always cleaned daily and shines beautiful. If you ever have an issue, this place will definitely make sure it''s handled and they will listen! HR is wonderful! Mr. Orsini is wonderful! I truly love working here and hope I end up retiring from this facility after being with them for several of years in the future 😁
