Have a client stay there took them over 2 1/2 hours to respond to several emergency calls from his bed! I called the front desk stating that my clients (who is oxygen depen5) oxygen machine was failing multiple times and took them over an 1 hour to get it solved!
Can you spell NEGLECT! My Mother who was only in the center for 48 hours, She was put in a diaper and was told to do her business in that. She paid cash money to stay. She would ring for someone to put her on the bedside commode and it would take an hour for someone to come and assist. By that point...

My mom is has all her senses plus a broken leg. My Sister who went to pick her up and brought her home said she was sitting in her own waste and she was given wet wipes to clean her up. We her caregivers needed a respite weekend. I suggest you PULL your family member out of this place and put them in a center where they will get better care. I am expecting a FULL refund for her neglectful visit.

I have had plenty of CNA Jobs in diffrent buildings .I have had plenty of residents in the buildings i have worked in .But when i came to Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilition i gained a home and instead of residents i gained family.Ive grown from a young lady to a women here ...Our team is awesome here. Yes we have our ups and downs but our team sticks together to overcome it all .The residents progress so much here because our team is filled with love and taking care of people with our hearts...sometime you will learn love will heal a person broken soul ...you heal the soul and the rest will follow.Our Administrator is the best ,he puts our resident first and also up lifts his workers, he makes the buliding a pleasent environment to be in ,our nurses are caring and on top of the care for the residents. Our nurses have great communication with us (CNA''s) . Last but not least Our CNA Team is awesome We Rock .We have CNA''s that are highly experienced in TLC and healthcare .Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation has the best Aides ever and i am one of them . Activities are a great part of our building Mrs. Tonya lee brings the building together and every department gets involved with our activities.I have grown to love Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation and theres no other place i would rather be then here with my team and better yet my family.
