My brother was sent there from a rehab in Baltimore after having a major stroke. When he left Baltimore they had him feeding himself with assistance, standing for a couple minutes with assistance and sitting on the side of his bed. He has been here at complete care for 3 months and he is now unable to do anything for himself. And they let his left leg freeze up. There is no way that he got the therapy that he was suppose to get. And I''m sure Medicare got charged for it. Very disappointed in the care he received. Was told they would start giving him ensure because of the weight he lost and wasn''t getting feed all the time and I never once seen any ensure. His cup of water was always out of reach for him because he couldn''t get out of bed..it''s so sad the way human beings are treated in nursing home. Thank to the couple aids that did seem like they cared. And was sent home to his alcoholic wife and hostile environment. And has no clue how to take care of him.

Super friendly staff all over the place. I love that mother is being so excellently taken care.

This place was awful! Do not bring your love ones here. My Mother was brought in after a series of falls. There were so many things wrong. The staff yelled at her, told her that she smells bad, left her without her oxygen and gave her food that was prohibited due to the medicine she takes. They bathed the woman in the next bed and left her to air dry and exposed for all to see. We were given the wrong medicine when we were leaving. My Mom left with a bad infection in her mouth that she didn''t have the first week she was there. I still pray and cry for the patients still there especially the woman who shared the room with my Mom.

I would NEVER send a family member here. My grandfather was sent here, completed 3 months of rehab for a broken hip. He was in his 80''s. He was suppose to be discharged MANY times however they kept pushing him back a week with no good explanation. Well they kept him a week too long and KILLED HIM! They wouldn''t bring in booster shots for residents, and claimed that their staff was boosted and that was enough. Well my grand father got covid, was put in a room alone and basically left to die. I went into the covid unit to find my grandfather UNRESPONSIVE and about to fall out of bed. I made them call 911. If I wouldn''t have been there he would have immediately died. He died 3 days after Christmas because they don''t care and didn''t get him to the resources he needed soon enough! My grandfather would still be here if it wasn''t for this place.
