My mother stayed for a 5 day respite while I attended my son’s wedding. She was well cared for and the staff is attentive and friendly!!
Although the care is genuine, they are too short staffed to pay attention to detail in caring for my loved one. She gets a shower once a week, and does not get the medical attention she needs

George is always telling me how great his care is and how good the food is. He is very happy there and is doing really well Whenever I have a question there...

But i think the administrator is too young and inexperienced for her title. And to be honest i think you should work as a LNA or a nurse before you run a nursing home, that way you can feel where your employees are coming from. You will be put under investigation for anything, . Their turn over is very high and 90% of their staff is agency. If you dont wanna risk losing your license...dont work here. Its unfortunate its not a hard place.
