Making the decision to turn over the health and care of my grandfather was not an easy one. My stress and anxiety levels were at an all-time high when it came to this phase of life. My grandfather and I were both shown transparency and trust during the admission process, which made the transition easy. I know that when it comes to senior health care that no two cases are alike. During my grandfather''s stay, he received an itemized health care plan that we trusted. Not only was physical health a priority, but his mental health was also. He was always greeted with smiles and laughs by the staff. Happiness and laughter are contagious. It was a blessing to me to know that he was being surround with good people with happy attitudes.

Sister has been there 4 1/2 years and the staff has been excellent. Everyone I have had any dealings with have been caring, loving and professional. I couldn''t ask for a better place for her.

On several occasions I''ve expressed concerns and been reassured my concerns would be addressed and handled appropriately. Never happens!!! I feel like I''m told what I want to hear and issues are never resolved. There''s a few excellent nurses and CNA''s that do their best and I appreciate those few but I can''t count the times other employees have been rude and disrespectful. Please do your research and read reviews before placing a loved one at this nursing home.
Read moreNot only have I worked here for a very long time but I have also had my grandmother here for rehab twice, my grandfather for respite, a close family friend at least 4 rehab stays and several other family friends. We care for each resident like they are our own family!! Love this place!
