(He can be difficult) Clean room, friendly staff, cared for with respect. Dad''s always clean, good food, encourage social skills, etc. Physical therapy available. Outside areas are easily accessible. He usually has room-mate, each has their own TV, but privacy is available. Dad reads A LOT; orders library materials via internet. He''s post-stroke....so aphasic & non-mobile now. Quite happy with ProMedica overall!!!🙂

A relative of mine got to spend 1 month in this place. Only got 2 showers the whole time, did not 1 time get to see the doctor, had to call 911 once because nobody would respond to the help call button. Also missed outside doctor appointments because staff forgot to arrange transportation. The rooms have 2 beds per room, and have heating / cooling units like hotels do in 1 end of the room. If you are the unlucky person that gets put on the end with heating / cooling unit you get to put up with it blowing right on you.
Read moreStaff is absolutely fabulous!!! Food is wonderful…never a bad meal. Therapy was my favorite area because they had personalities that understood what you were going through. Their exercises are the best. Always patient and professional. I will suggest this facility to everyone. 😎😊😎
Extremely great physical therapy, compassionate CNAs and Nurses.
This was my first time here,I had surgery on my right foot. Therapy and the nursing staff were great. They helped me to get strong enough to go home and finish healing.
