Read moreThe staff is unprofessional and rude. They don’t care well for the patients and are not attentive. Patient’s fall or get hurt and they do not report it or tell the family members. Terrible place to have a loved one at! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

One star is too much for this facility. Barbara, the receptionist, spoke loudly in the waiting room about our loved one’s medical issues and if I am not mistaken, that is a huge violation of HIPPA. She then stated that, and I quote directly, “the nurses tell her all about the patients” so esse...
One star is too much for this facility. Barbara, the receptionist, spoke loudly in the waiting room about our loved one’s medical issues and if I am not mistaken, that is a huge violation of HIPPA. She then stated that, and I quote directly, “the nurses tell her all about the patients” so essentially there is no patient confidentiality and the entire waiting room was able to hear about our loved one’s condition. Secondly, we have been to the facility multiple times and been told different precautions and given either lots of PPE or none; there is no consistency with their COVID 19 procedures. We feel that Barbara has violated the privacy of our loved one; and it makes me question too the confidentiality of the nurses if they are gabbing to the receptionist (who also tried to give us medical advice for our loved one) which is a violation of privacy as well.

1 star is too much. Barbara has no empathy for residents or family. After researching only to find out that she is more concerned with Medicare funds to the facility is horrendous. My mother in law there for rehab instead they doomed her to a wheelchair. Her toilet had bm on it, it was in her slippers. Had me fill out Medicaid papers at 930 am by 1 said her Medicare benefits will run out by today I had 1 week to find assistive placement. Even the last act was Barbara pulling on her arm in front of me when I was putting her in my car. Low behold she is walking stairs on her own in new personal care facility . They should be ashamed of themselves
