Literally the rudest, most disgusting, inhumane staff of any care facility I have ever dealt with. I have delt extensively with hospitals, doctors and skilled nursing facilities for more than a decade. This one takes the absolute cake. The nurse was extremely condecending and nasty before she hung up on me. Her supervisor defended the nurse and tried to make it my fault that I am not in the state while my lived one is dieing. If you vare for a person in your life, do not send them here.
