Good
Taylor was so understanding and patient explaining everything to me and the facility was clean, organized and bright. I think my mom will flourish in the environment too.
Everyone is very pleasant and professional
Heartbroken by how badly my Aunt was neglected. 4th degree bed sores and she wasn''t able to tell us.
My mother has been at Marcella since May 2022. She has dementia and is doing fine. Due to her illness, she mostly has good days. The staff is a B+. So I’m pleased with the staff.
The nursing staff were really nice and helpful to my grandfather!
