The social worker assistant sunny was so helpful , I was in shelter before he got me into a very nice assisted living , loved the social worker
This place needs to be shut down and investigated. If you love the person you plan on placing here for any reason then don''t put them in here. This place needs to be shut down and investigated. If you love the person you plan on placing here for any reason then don''t put them in here. The amount of criminal sickening abuse to the patients here by the staff disgusts me. I personally witnessed extreme abuse with staff torturing and mocking patients. I had an elderly man plead to escape the torture and informed us not to place our family member there. My grandmother died here and for a long time before i knew this I always thought it was natural but now that i know the truth i am ashamed that i didnt know and could get her out. Her health vastly diminished once she was placed in here and the abuse and neglect definitely killed her. This place needs to be closed down and every single employee investigated and charged. If I could give this place -5 stars I would.

If you care about your family members do not send them here!!! My mother came to midway after her surgery and had a huge open wound. The place smells like rotten diapers and I almost threw up. Upon her discharge they guaranteed a wound vac and visiting nurse at home but the wound vac was never sent! I called everyday regarding the wound vac and still nothing! She is now back at the hospital with an infection!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY!!!!
Read moreI’ve been working here for 3 months & i’m very happy with the job and my staff members. We all work very cohesively to make sure all of our patients are attended to properly and thoroughly. The pay for Nursing staff is pretty good and hard to beat. I definitely would recommend!
I had my uncle transferred to this facility due to horrible situation at the last facility. This was the best decision we ever made. Fully staffed, the admissions director angelica helped with the transfer process and even provided free transportation so i can visit my uncle.
