DO NOT GO HERE! There are other facilities right down the street! The staff are CLUELESS as to what they are doing!

My elderly mom came here immobilized with a broken femur. Place is a horror show! Nursing staff elusive. Aids have no compassion, and are often rude and mean (when they show up at all). I have found soiled blankets and gowns left on furniture many times while cleaning up. 2 hours is average call bell wait and aid will come and shut off call bell and leave. Doctor is not reachable for patient's family. Cannot reach anyone at nurses desk. Social worker is clueless. Food is horrendous. Don't come here to get better.
Read moreI was at this facility to visit someone today. The entrance is beautiful but was shocked as I entered the 4th floor. It is dingy and dirty. The 2 people I encountered on my visit were rude and I nobody came in the room while I was there. As an HCP, I was saddened with the care received as well.

My dad was admitted to this facility after a stay at the hospital. It was a horrible experience for him and our family. The care was very poor and the facility was old and dirty. Getting in touch with staff or residents was almost impossible. Communication between staff members and doctors was next to none. Orders were not followed and care was very poor putting patients at risk and causing detrimental effects. It will haunt me and my family forever.
Read moreTrying to get in touch with anyone in this facility is harder then anything I have ever dealt with. The people who do answer before they transfer you are rude and NOT helpful. I can’t imagine what it’s like for the patience if the people act this way over the phone.

"Horrible" is a word that comes to mind when describing what my family went through. My mother was admitted after major spinal surgery and from day one everything was a mess. Medications were not managed, dietary/restrictive food was not a consideration and the lack of care and cleanliness was horrific. It took hours for a nurse to come into the room to support pain management and overall there was a disregard to hygiene. The lack of professionalism and respect from the Administration was an embarrassment. Constantly giving us excuses that people keep quitting and they are dealing with training all the time. You cannot get anyone on the phone and leaving a voicemail is impossible because no one has personalized outgoing voicemails. My mother did not receive proper physical therapy or support to stand therefore her legs went numb and she had to be rushed to the hospital because of the concern of being paralyzed and having blood clots. I understand Covid left caregivers and professionals in this industry drained and not properly compensated but I truly hope this offers support for others who may have to send a loved one to this so called rehab center.
