At Tradition (Assisted Living) Very expensive. Hi turnover with staff who do not speak english well. Most staff are Haitian, with English being their 2nd or 3rd language. Difficult to get timely responses from management regarding issues for my Mother. Most residents do complain of the quality of the food. It’s kosher, if you need to stay kosher, but don’t plan on the food being that tasty. Best meal according to Mom is breakfast and Friday night dinner. I spoken with mom’s friends and they all complain of the same things. Angela at front desk is excellent. She will forward Emails but then the other divisions won’t respond in a timely fashion. Be happy to give you much great detail if you like. Follow up: Response says to email customer service. I did, and there has been no response. It tells me that they just use that as a way of responding to the post but not the actual postee
