So completely fed up with the terrible care at this place. I see other reviews where a phone number was left for people to call but it just takes you to the front desk. Have already gone that route. Have already spoken with social workers a few times. Nothing ever gets resolved. The very few employee that actually care are overworked and under paid. Fed up and trying to figure out how to actually get some help or find a place that actually cares about people that they are taking every dime of their money from.

Today I found that my mother was asked, In a disoriented state after several weeks in ICU , to sign for her own belongings upon admission. My sister was there and could have done this. My mom has been there for 8 days without anyone calling family to say her brand new clothing was missing. No person had an inventory. Why? All her new clothing from Christmas is gone. This is not her first admission. Last time she received the wrong meds because of an error in transcription. I am beyond disbelief at this point
