If you care about your loved one DO NOT send them here. Staff not trained properly, bathrooms always filthy. Executive director is very unprofessional
Get rid of the executive director!!!
If you are old and needing extra care this is not the place to go. My mother in law was in there for 7 years and under the new management things went downhill fast. She got rid of the older caring staff for younger cheaper workers that did not show the compassion for her.
My mother in law stayed there and the care was not very good after new management came. She was there for 7 years and was a wonderful place then. When you need extra care this is not the place to be in.
