Neshaminy Manor is a wonderful institution with superb leadership, nursing staff, nurses aids, social workers, dietary and housekeeping staff as well as physical and occupational therapists. They care for the patients like they are their own parents or grandparents and the effort they put into the social activities is amazing. My family is very please with the care Mom has been receiving at this nursing home and the facility should be commended for their compassion and professionalism.

I am rating the very rude & unprofessional receptionist I encountered in the main lobby on 1/29/24 at 1:30 pm. When I asked for room directions, she barely looked at me & mumbled while playing games on her phone. When I politely asked her to repeat the directions, she raised her voice & was clearly annoyed at me. Rather than immediately posting a negative internet review, I left a message for HR next day, but have not heard back. I am surprised that Bucks Co. allows this woman to be the face of NM to the public.

We have two loved ones at Neshaminy Manor and are highly satisfied with their care teams. Many staff work hard to provide valuable services and care. Thank you, NM!
