We were so blessed to have found this facility for our Grandma after an extensive search! Fabulous Staff, beautifully maintained, an abundance of activities, food is way above average! All in all extremely satisfied & highly recommended..

I would say to friends don't there and go someplace else. Run! The community said my loved one was laying on the couch, and fell off the couch and landed on her eye. I questioned it, because it looked like she got hit by the baseball. Once I started to investigate I noticed a large fist print around her eye. This was the story I got from the community. About a month later, I was heading into see my loved one. I checked to see if she needed anything like pull ups. Once I called the community to check on this, the community told me my loved one had to go to the hospital because she broke her pointer finger. It was actually her middle finger. Then the community told me that they actually didn't take her to the hospital and that the doctor came into and x-rayed her finger at the community. They told me they couldn't do anything other than place ice on her finger. Once the lawyer finally got the Medicaid taken care of. I had been paying the community each month, then the community wanted the Medicaid and also the private money from each month. After all of this, I decided to take my loved one out that day. My loved one is now at a different community.
Read moreMy mother is in Noble Gardens of Jacksonville. It's a fair facility. Her room is small and fair. It's more like a holding place. The food is terrible, and the dining area is subpar. They don't even have a kitchen. I haven't seen any activity, and there are no amenities.
