I have never had such a positive experience and would use them in a heartbeat again. When it comes to the activities there are to many to list but we would absolutely recommend Northpoint Village community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones!!!
My loved one wasn't there very long, but it was very nice. The people were friendly, and helpful. House keeping and dining staff all introduced themselves. They were helpful in setting up pt/ot/ and speech therapy. Help with reminding her about the activities she was interested in attending
Northpoint Village of Utica is family owned, which makes a huge difference. It's more attention, it doesn't have that corporate feel and you're not just a number. They take better care of the entire place, because a lot of the owners' family works there.
The staff is very nice. The residents seem to be nice. Everything has been good so far. I picked this place because, it seemed like an active community and everyone was super friendly.
Northpoint is a very clean community, and the staff members are wonderful. The meals are good and the dining service is very good. The activities are fine and the two ladies who are in charge of them are wonderful. I do think the value for cost is good.

They also had their dining facility, and they did activities.
