The nurses took their time with her and listened. My mom is gone now but my mother in law is still there and they''re really good to her. They call us whenever something is going on with her. I have nothing but respect for the people that work at northwoods care center.

Worst place!! They do not care. No value for helping with short term or long term care. Seen a big decline in my mother in law. Northwoods of Belvidere is a DARK AND DREARY PLACE!!!!! The Hospital discharged to this location. But as began to tell others about our experience... Everyone said stay away from this location and get your love ones out!!! She went back into the hospital due to poor care from this low grade not even worthy to care for people place of doom! When Visitors came to see her they also were appalled by the condition & called us!!!! I will pray this location shuts down because other residents may not have anyone to speak for them... Worst experience Sad location!!! Who is in charge???....Don''t be sorry ..... Just shut the doors to this bad place
