My dad was a resident at this place. It is horrible! The employees steal things from the residents, they don’t feed them meals that meet the nutritional requirements for an adult. (No dietician for months). Zero activities as there’s no activity director. Not enough CNA’s. Residents not being bathed and sometimes wait until afternoon to get to eat. CMA stealing pills. My dad said his norco weren’t helping his pain then he read the imprint off of the pill to me. It wasn’t even a norco. It was an acetaminophen. Went days without his paid med (morphine) bc the CMA would say it was too early to fill. It wasn’t. The CMA was stealing narcotics. Threatened my dad with evicting him from his private room into a shared one bc he knew too much (to keep him quiet)! The administrator doesn’t return calls or answer emails. I’ve reported them to the state nursing home abuse department. Nothing has been done. My dad died and when we went to pick up his things, his belongings had been ransacked and the majority of his possessions were missing. I wouldn’t place my dog in this facility much less a human being. The place needs to be shut down.

Whatever you heard about this place before April 2021, is not the same truth today. I have the pleasure of working with these individuals as I am a member of the corporate office that is now managing them. The residents here get to do so much fun stuff, I mean seriously! I wish I lived here. They’ve gotten to see an Elvis impersonator, and a Micheal Jackson impersonator, they get karaoke three times a week, and games every day. I mean I have a blast when I come here. Not to mention the Administrator is extremely professional and she knows her stuff. The activities director is the sweetest lady you’ll meet and she goes out of her way to treat the residents with so much love. I have so many pictures. Just go to their Facebook page and you’ll see… it’s not the same place anymore.
