The accommodations at Pacifica Senior Living Newport Mesa weren't even near as nice as the other facility I went to in terms of the room. I would prefer a room where the person feels more like it's their space. Like there's enough room for a bed, a chair, and a lamp. The room at Pacifica Senior Living Newport Mesa wasn't very big and they only had a little rail hanging in the bedroom (the other facility had a big walk-in closet) and I felt like I was in a cheap motel, frankly. I wouldn't want to put my loved one there. The staff was very nice and well-informed though. I had no complaints in that area at all. They seemed very caring and nice. It was more in a residential area and it's close to Newport Beach.
