Alma from the dietary department asked a resident if he wanted her to lay down with him, NUDE on a sofa in the lobby. The resident refused and Alma reacted by calling him Spanish derogatory slurs.. Multiple people heard Alma and I did report it but nothing has been done. On another occasion, a resident was being picky with the food and requested many other things and when Evelyn, the dietary director was informed, she said "pues que coma mie***."

Haven of sandpointe has the best activities squad! No questions asked! Always on top of there game! The cnas are the most compassionate and the nurses are the best!
I have had family members in facilities before and I have never seen such a welcoming and caring facility and staff. I am glad to have found haven of Sandpointe as the professional caring facility that it is.
